i'm hoping most of you have seen batman begins starring christian bale (pictured left). there is a sequel to that movie called the dark knight (my favorite series) coming out in 2008.some info has been released about the villians in the new movie. apparently, joker will be played by heath ledger. heath, of course, most recently starred in brokeback mountain with jake gyllenhaal.
they've only recently announced that aaron eckhart from thank you for smoking would be playing harvey dent aka two face. i am getting more and more excited about the casting of this movie. i love christopher nolan, the director.
yet, the most exciting news that i have heard was that katie holmes was not coming back as rachel dawes.
i loved her in her dawson's creek days(believe me), but she did not do well in the first movie. although, i'm not too excited about the rumor that maggie gyllenhaal would be taking her place. the movie comes out summer 2008. you know i can't wait.
